Working with clients and creative teams between Boston, New York and Los Angeles. Leading all facets of video content and some print content from ballparking creative concepts, bidding to fully awarding the job, production, post production and traffic/delivery of all final assets to all necessary parties. Experience producing editorial, mix and line producing on smaller budget jobs and in house passion projects.

+ From ball parking creative ideas from video, print and experiential production to triple bidding, live action shoots, post production, delivery, tagging, radio and wrapping up the job.

INTEGRATED JUNIOR VIDEO PRODUCER
+ Accounts I have worked on: Infiniti US, Infiniti Global, Aspen Dental, Hotels.com, Fruit of the Loom, Domino’s. All of these clients were across the Miami, Boulder and LA offices.
+ Juggling multiple projects working in conjunction with Senior and Executive level producers to deliver long lists of deliverables within tight time frames and budgets.
+ Experience working on pitches, ASV and internal videos, editorial producing, line producing for internal projects, recording vo sessions/setting up the booth along with creative directing talent.
+ Creating POs and Estimates along with handing the teams travel expenses.

+ Scheduling creative and production meetings, booking meeting rooms, creating production calendars/documents/pre pro books, running internal edits and working closely with expenses, job closing and drive storage management, creative coordinators, and travel department.
FRONT OF HOUSE/RECEPTION

Running mail room, scheduling meetings from partners and CFOs down to entry level meetings, ordering all agency lunch and late-night dinners. Organized all agency events, party planned and produced events along with the culture experience department.
